The operator

Which legal entity operates the service

Solid Warranture is a brand operated by the entity that manages and provides this platform and the accompanying trading client.

The entity responsible for operations is the counterparty you establish a legal relationship with upon our acceptance of Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.

Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.

Group companies and service providers

Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy Policy. Provider identities are not disclosed on this page.

Important limits

What Solid Warranture is not

Being clear about what we do not do is as important as describing what we do.

Availability

Jurisdictions served and excluded

The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.

Where the service is offered

Accounts may be opened by residents of the countries listed as eligible in the registration flow of your account. If your country appears in that list and you pass verification, you can proceed. If it does not appear, the service is not available to you.

Where the service is not offered

  • Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
  • Regions in which offering such services to non-professional clients necessitates locally-obtained regulatory permission that we do not possess.
  • Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
  • Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.

No solicitation

Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

Contact

Regulatory and compliance questions

Inquiries concerning our regulatory standing, our adherence requirements, or matters requiring escalation must be directed through the compliance channel instead of customer service.

How do I raise a compliance question?

Send it through the contact page and indicate it is "Compliance" correspondence. Supply the registered email associated with any existing account and summarise your inquiry briefly.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Use the same channel and flag as "Complaint". You will be furnished with confirmation, a reference code and an estimated response window. Should the resolution prove unsatisfactory, the response shall outline available next steps.

How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?

Use the abuse reporting function. Fraudulent use of Solid Warranture in communications, marketing or counterfeit platforms must be reported via this channel so appropriate measures can be implemented.

Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?

Certainly - submit them via the contact form with a precise subject line and they will be directed to the relevant department.

Documentation

Procedure for obtaining corporate and regulatory materials

Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.

What can be requested

  • Verification of the operating entity and its registered corporate information.
  • The current client agreement and the schedule of costs applicable to your account.
  • A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
  • The mechanism for complaint resolution and further appeals.
  • Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.

How to make the request

  1. 01

    Write to us

Use the contact route on our contact page. Include "Regulatory documentation request" as your subject.

  2. 02

    Identify yourself

State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.

  3. 03

    Receive the pack

Responses to requests are furnished within the period confirmed upon receipt of your inquiry. Certain materials may be supplied in summarised form where full versions contain proprietary information.

Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.

Framework

The regulatory framework we work within

We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.

  1. 01

    Client identification

Each account undergoes verification prior to any deposit, trading activity or withdrawal request, pursuant to the KYC and AML procedures outlined on our KYC & AML page.

  2. 02

    Financial-crime prevention

Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.

  3. 03

    Handling of client money

Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.

  4. 04

    Fair and clear communication

Fees, spreads and other charges are displayed within your account details and our fee schedule. We make no guarantees regarding investment performance, and all marketing content includes appropriate risk disclosures.

  5. 05

    Data protection

Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.

  6. 06

    Complaints handling

A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.

Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.
